As you might have read in the story behind our Calamansi Gin, our collaboration with Ping Kee Copperware is a very special one and we hold the entire experience very close to our hearts.
It birthed our baby still, Mini Luna, it gave us a chance to work with two incredible sifu in the realm of hand-crafted copperwares and also led to the creation of one of our most beloved flavours.

Modified from a pre-existing still we purchased, even now, no words can adequately capture her sheer beauty and artistic brilliance. This remarkable creation, which had the honor of being exhibited during London Craft Week 2022 (as one of six other metalworks done or modified by Hong Kong traditional craftsmen and contemporary artists), transcends its functional purpose as a tool in our operations at Two Moons, but is a true art masterpiece that has garnered admiration from individuals all around the world.
Perhaps what intrigued us the most was the remarkable fact that the two sifu were well into their 80s and abstained from consuming any type of alcohol their whole life — yet despite their complete unfamiliarity with the art of distillation, their exceptional qualities of patience, curiosity, ingenuity and resourcefulness really shone through as we eagerly exchanged ideas, experiences, and lessons through this collaboration.
