Craft Distilled In Hong Kong
Incorporating 12 botanicals, half of which are of Asian origins, this gin is a take on a classic “London Dry style” with a local twist. Using an assortment of both Eastern and Western ingredients ranging from Chinese tangerine peels, sweet almonds and a blend of classic spices, the combination is inspired by a traditional Cantonese cuisine concept called “甜酸苦辣”, also known as “the balance of basic flavors" to create a complex, rounding and sippable spirit.
Tasting Notes: Fragrant with citrus-peppery aromatics on the nose. Sipped — crisp notes of lemons and “kum pei” sweet tangerine peels (柑皮) first glide through the mouth and develop into a soft floral kick of pink berries. The sweet nuttiness of vanilla and “naam buk hang” Chinese almonds (南北杏) coat the palate before leading to a finishing flavor of classic spices comprised of coriander seed, green cardamom and of course, “kum cho” Chinese liquorice root (甘草).

Gin & Tonic or Soda
Add 1 part Signature Dry Gin to 2 parts tonic or soda and mix well. Top up with a generous amount of ice and garnish with a lemon peel or a slice of apple.
Tip #1
Our gin works best with a mixer that is less sweet, so choose a light tonic (which just means tonic with a lower sugar content) or even soda to get the most flavor out of our gin!
